James W. Morris, M.D., comes to PrimaryPlus with 43 years of family medicine experience.  Originally from Kentucky, Dr. Morris spent the majority of his career practicing medicine in Texas and happily relocated back to Kentucky in early 2012 when he joined PrimaryPlus.  Dr. Morris has a B.S. in Pre-Med from the University of Kentucky, an M.D. from the University of Louisville and a Post Graduate degree from St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.  He is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, a Charter Fellow member of the American Academy of Family Practice and a member of the American Academy of Physicians and Surgeons.  Dr. Morris believes in a personalized, caring approach to medicine utilizing the highest standard of care available to his patients.  He and his wife, Cora, have been welcomed with open arms in Augusta and are very active members of the community.  They have five children, four grandchildren and enjoy gardening, four-wheeling and their pets.
