It is our goal to continue to spread the PrimaryPlus mission of quality, advanced, affordable healthcare across new boundaries and into new communities. In the fall of 2011, we did just that when we opened our South Shore facility providing family healthcare to citizens of Greenup and Southern Ohio Counties. In 2016, we expanded building a new office space directly behind our old location!  Not only did our building expand, but so did our services adding pediatrics and an on-site pharmacy to the mix!  Conveniently located near the Ohio River, PrimaryPlus-South Shore is easily accessible and is filled with a medical team who embrace their community. Services include family health, pediatrics, x-ray services, minor procedures, on-site pharmacy and NOW WELCOMING DENTAL SERVICES! Like many of our other locations PrimaryPlus-South is actively involved with our trademarked WeCare® program utilizing a team of Medical Providers, Case Managers, Certified Diabetes Educators, Pharmacists, Dietitians and more to give a TEAM approach to chronic disease management.

Affordability

PrimaryPlus accepts most insurance, Medicare, all Kentucky Medicaid plans, OH Medicaid (CareSource & Molina) and offers a sliding fee scale for those that have NO insurance and/or are underinsured.
