PrimaryPlus-Grayson began in June of 2020 admist the COVID-19 pandemic and the closing of a local hosptial system. This community-centered medical office is a staple for Carter County filled with a staff that know and love this community. In the spring of 2021, PrimaryPlus-Grayson's new 18,000 square ft. family health facilty opened its doors including the addition of a pharmacy and added services such women's health and mental health services. Our team of healthcare professionals are focused on sharing the PrimaryPlus mission of Quality, Advanced, Affordable Healthcare with the region.

PrimaryPlus accepts most insurance, Medicare, all Kentucky Medicaid plans, OH Medicaid (CareSource & Molina) and offers a sliding fee scale for those that have NO insurance and/or are underinsured.
