APRN - Family Health Nurse Practitioner

Denise Gore is a Nurse Practitioner at our Bracken County office and has been with PrimaryPlus since 2009.   A nurse for over 30 years and an NP for 17 years, Denise is Board Certified by the ANCC and believes in a holistic approach to healthcare.  She received her BSN from Morehead State University, her FNP from the University of Kentucky and her PhD from the University of Cincinnati.  Denise lives in Fleming County, KY and enjoys riding her motorcycle and reading.
