William Craig Denham, MD, began practicing medicine in 2003.  He is a graduate of Morehead State University and attended the University of Kentucky College of Medicine.  Dr. Denham completed his family medicine residency at the University of Louisville.  Dr. Denham is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine and is Hospice Medical Director Board Certified (HMDB-C).  In spring of 2021, Dr. Denham's practice joined the PrimaryPlus medial family and soon after was appointed the role of Medical Director for than non-profit organization.   

 

Approach to Healthcare:  These two quotes from Sir William Osler are great reflections on my approach to healthcare... "The good physician treats the disease; the great physician treats the patient who has the disease." and  "We are here to add what we can to life; not to get what we can from life."  

 

About:  Dr. Denham grew up visiting his family in Maysville, KY, and was able to return to this beautiful region to practice medicine.  Dr. Denham, his wife, Maggie, and son, Drew, love their country living.  Dr. Denham has various hobbies including stock dog training, horseback/mule riding and shepherding.
