PrimaryPlus' Carolyn Caseman Evans Memorial Scholarship

PrimaryPlus is offering ONE $2,500 post-secondary education scholarship (college, university, technical school, etc.) to a high school senior in the following Kentucky counties: Lewis, Fleming, Mason, Greenup, Carter, Boyd, Bracken and also including Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington Schools in Ohio.  The scholarship program has been named in honor and memory of a great nurse, Carolyn Caseman Evans, who served the patients of PrimaryPlus with great integrity, compassion and a zest for her work.  This program is designed to enhance the education and resulting medical careers of deserving students.  Please read guidelines carefully as some may have changed.
