Pharmacist Chad Evans has been part of the PrimaryPlus-Pharmacy since 2007.  He graduated as a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Kentucky College of Pharmacy.  Chad is a native of Lewis County and is happy to be able to serve the communities he knows so well.  Most often he can be found at our PrimaryPlus-Maysville pharmacy.  Chad welcomes the opportunity to discuss your medications, reactions, pricing, etc.
