Erin Himes, PA-C, MPAS, works hand in hand with our Tollesboro physician, Dr. Patti Poczatek. Erin began her career with PrimaryPlus in 2006 and believes that diet, exercise and mental health are important for a patient’s overall well-being. Erin’s partnership with Dr. Poczatek brings comprehensive care to PrimaryPlus’ patients. This includes well-care visits, acute and chronic disease management and educational support.
