PrimaryPlus building conveniently houses family health, OB/GYN, dental, counseling, occupational medicine and an on-site pharmacy making it a one-stop shop for your family’s healthcare needs.  We are also proud to offer our trademarked WeCare® program at this facility utilizing a team of medical providers, case managers, Certified Diabetes Educators, pharmacists, dietitians and more to give a TEAM approach to chronic disease management.   

 In December of 2013, our Maysville Family Health office was awarded recognition as a Patient Centered Medical Home (Level II) by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).  The NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home 2011 standards emphasize the use of systematic, patient-centered coordinated care that supports access, communication and patient involvement.
