Primary Plus Welcomes Dr. Steve Neus & Extended Hours

(February 14, 2008)  PrimaryPlus, formerly Maysville OB/GYN/Family Health Center, is proud to announce the addition of Steven E. Neus, MD to their family health office.  The new addition comes as the non-profit medical organization prepares for the opening of its new two-story, 35,000 square foot facility which will house family health, OB/GYN care, and a pharmacy.

Dr. Neus joins PrimaryPlus with hands of experience, a compassion to heal, a positive attitude and an impressive medical background.  His pursuit to study medicine began with a Bachelors degree at Northern Kentucky University followed by the University of Kentucky, College of Medicine where he graduated as a Doctor of Medicine.  He then proceeded to complete a family medicine residency at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Dayton, OH.  Since completion of his studies, Dr. Neus has provided medical care to the Northern Kentucky region for many years.  PrimaryPlus of Maysville is excited to have Dr. Neus join their team; he will begin seeing patients on Wednesday, February 20th.  As always, PrimaryPlus WELCOMES new patients!  Included in the excitement of new medical providers (like Dr. Neus and Abe Keating, ARNP) is the addition of extended office hours for the family health center.  Dr. Neus will be offering late hours on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday until 7 PM.

PrimaryPlus’ new building which will open mid-March, located at 927 Kenton Station Dr., will provide complete care for the entire family from infants to elders, plus care for the needs of growing families with complete OB/GYN care.  Currently PrimaryPlus-OB/GYN (formerly Maysville OB/GYN) is located on the third floor of the hospital and PrimaryPlus-Family Health is located in Suite 6 across from the hospital.  With a growing building comes a growing medical staff including Dr. Steve Neus; Abe Keating, ARNP who joined the medical staff in January and Dr. Nancy Guttman who will begin in March.  These new medical providers will join the likes of family health staff Dr. Nathan Elliott; plus the OB/GYN staff of Dr. Donald Wilson, Dr. David Doty, Dr. Laura Shower, Dr. Steve Meese, Dr. Ken Payne, Dr. Susan Hagan, and Melissa Redmond, ARNP.

PrimaryPlus is part of the Lewis County Primary Care Center network.  The non-profit medical organization prides itself on offering the most advanced health care services at affordable pricing by accepting Medicare, Medicaid, most insurances, and a sliding fee scale for the uninsured.  Within the last year the organization made the decision to simplify its name to PrimaryPlus to help brand its multiple sites in Vanceburg, Tollesboro, Flemingsburg, and Maysville.  PrimaryPlus always welcomes new patients, for more information or to schedule an appointment call 606-759-0433 (Family Health), 606-759-5331 (OB/GYN), or visit www.primaryplus.net
