Lewis County Primary Care Center, operating under the name, PrimaryPlus, is a non-profit federally qualified health center comprised of family health, OB/GYN, dental, rehab/fitness, 340B pharmacy services, school health, PLUS extensive medical collaborations within the healthcare community. It is our mission to exceed the expectation of our growing service area by committing to advanced, affordable quality care through...

• Improved access to a broad scope of primary care and extended medical services.

Vision Statement
Lewis County Primary Care Center doing business as PrimaryPlus is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) recognized for excellence in providing primary care.  It is led by a community board of directors whose volunteer members contribute their time, effort, and expertise to governing its operation.  There is definitive trust, as well as cooperation, among employees, medical staff, board, and community.  These groups enjoy their work and are united to create a family centered healthcare environment. Decisions are fiscally responsible and made with respect for the dignity and needs of those involved.
